If you are looking for something a bit tipsy, or something to entertain Newcastle has the Brunch or Bottomless brunch for you. With so many options we thought it would be good to try and put together our guide to Saturday Brunch.

Purple Tiger comments – this is a great venue that is perfect for larger groups, drinks are quick in coming. its worth upgrading on the food if you are looking for more lunch than brunch. They also have a great bottomless evening option.

Purple Tiger comments – 2 hours do I need to say any more, it is the longest of the brunch options and it gives you chance to squeeze in that cheeky extra drink. perfect for smaller groups of 4 to 6 people. Not ideal for stags or hens.

Times – Saturday from 12noon till 5pm

Food – this comes with a platter choice of 3 tapas plates:

Purple Tiger comments – Its Revolution you know what your getting they are very consistent. This is a place with a party atmosphere and very popular. The only down side it the changing price depending on what time of the day you book.

9. Slug and Lettuce

Price – £28 per person

Duration – 2 hours

Times – Saturday from 11am till 3pm

Food – there is a great brunch selection and you can upgrade for only £3 to get more lunch style options:

Drinks – Bottomless Prosecco, Aperol spritz, Bloody marys, pints of Amstel and virgin marys.

Purple Tiger comments – this is a great option for larger groups there is plenty of options on both food and drink and the atmosphere is very relaxed.Pplenty of hen groups having fun.

10. Turtle bay

Price – £29.95 per person

Duration – 2 hours

Times – Saturday from 11am till 5pm

Food – you can choose any breakfast, brunch, burger or fresh roti dish from the menu :

Purple Tiger comments – There is something for everyone here. Book early as it often sells out. Groups of 6 or more need to call direct to book. this is a great place if you are a mixed group looking for varied drinks and food options.
